This page describes how JobPro processes personal data. Job seekers do not register — they read ads and reply by phone or e-mail. Companies can create an account.
Data controller
The controller is Simfico CZ s.r.o., Company ID 03910393, registered office Klánovická 591/1, Hloubětín, 198 00 Praha 9. The company is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 239815. Contact: simficocz@gmail.com.
What we process
Job seekers do not register and do not upload a CV here. We show public job ads. If you call or e-mail us, we use that contact only to handle your interest in a job. Companies can register (name, company ID, contact person, e-mail, phone and a password hash); the operator approves the account and may suspend it. We do not store the password in plain text. The site administrator signs in with a password; sign-in uses the technical cookies listed below.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies and related measurement run on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the buttons on this page. Admin and company sign-in cookies are necessary to run those accounts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); for a company account also contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b)).
Recipients
If you allow Analytics, visit data is sent to Google. We do not otherwise share website data with third parties for marketing. Ads are managed by the operator; companies can register and after approval see their offers. For an agency listing the site shows the agency, not the workplace client.
How long we keep data
Google Analytics cookies usually last up to 2 years. Your consent choice stays in the browser until you change it or clear site data. Calls and e-mails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. A company account is kept until you ask us to delete it or while it is needed for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw Analytics consent. You can also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
