Terms of use

These terms govern the use of JobPro (jobpro.cz). The operator is Simfico CZ s.r.o.
What the site is for
JobPro publishes job offers. Ads are posted by the operator. Companies and staffing agencies can register; after approval they see their offers. Job seekers do not register and do not send a CV through a form — you read an offer and reply by the phone or e-mail shown on the ad.
What JobPro is and is not
JobPro is an online jobs board. We are not the applicant’s employer. We do not mediate employment on this site within the meaning of the Czech Employment Act — we publish ads and the applicant contacts the number or e-mail on the listing. Hiring is done by the advertiser (the company or staffing agency), not by JobPro.
Interest in a job
A call, e-mail or message from the site does not create an employment contract or an obligation to hire you. You contact the advertiser listed on the ad. JobPro does not select candidates on the site and does not collect CVs.
Company account
A company can create an account (name, company ID, contact person, e-mail, phone and password). After registration the account waits for approval; the operator approves publishing by hand. We may suspend an account if the details are wrong or the listing breaks these terms or the law. Posting ads from the portal is not available yet — the operator publishes the offer, usually after an e-mail. A free trial listing is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
Ad content
We try to keep offers up to date. An ad may expire, be paused or be removed. For an agency listing the site shows the agency, not necessarily the workplace company. Information from the company must be accurate. The operator puts ads on the site from the advertiser’s materials. If an offer is misleading, discriminatory or unlawful, use the Report a problem with an ad page.
Wage and job terms
The wage, shifts and other details on an ad are information from the advertiser (the company or agency), not a promise by JobPro. JobPro does not pay the wage and is not a party to the employment contract. Binding terms (wage, hours, place, start date) apply only once you agree them with the advertiser. Actual pay may differ. We try to publish only what the advertiser stated, and to correct or take down a misleading offer.
Wage calculator, Schengen and AI check
The net-wage page is an indicative calculator only, not payroll or tax advice. The Schengen and work-in-Czechia page is an indicative overview, not immigration or legal advice. The note on an ad about who should apply describes who can practically start (already in Schengen, or also from abroad) — it is not a nationality filter. JobPro does not arrange visas. The AI check of an ad against Czech labour and anti-discrimination rules is a beta guide — it is not legal advice, and the operator approves the final wording by hand.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a position will be filled, that the advertiser will keep the wage or other terms, or that the listing matches reality, except where the law says otherwise. As the publisher of the posted text we are responsible only to the extent the law requires — especially for misleading or discriminatory wording. The indicative wage calculator is not payroll advice. Governing law
These relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by Czech courts.
