What you will do
- •Care for existing customers and acquire new ones.
- •Advise on plant protection and nutrition – inspect crops, identify diseases, pests, and weeds, and compile treatment plans during the season.
- •Sell plant protection products, fertilizers, seeds, foliar nutrition, and biostimulants, prepare offers, and negotiate commercial conditions.
- •Monitor news, product registrations, legislation, and market developments.
- •Collaborate with suppliers and participate in field days, trials, and customer training.
- •According to operational needs, also deliver goods to customers and substitute for colleagues in commercial operations, for example during holidays.

- •We are a Czech family company operating in Haná since 1991. We supply plant protection products, fertilizers, and seeds to farmers, gardeners, and foresters. Above all, we advise them on how to use them correctly. We produce certified field crop seeds and organize professional competency courses levels I–III. We are looking for an agronomist for our team who wants to work directly in the field with growers.

Requirements
- •What we need from you
- •Agricultural education (agronomy, phytotechnics, plant medicine, etc.).
- •Experience in crop production, agronomic consulting, or trading in agricultural inputs.
- •Good orientation in plant protection products and cultivation technologies of main field crops.
- •Commercial mindset, independence, reliability, and desire to deal with people.
- •Driving license category B, active driving, and routine work on PC.

- •Fixed salary of 40 000–55 000 Kč gross monthly according to practice and experience, plus commissions from achieved results. Specific rules for calculating and paying commissions will be agreed before start.
